Question about Slimecraw vs One piece Kena and one piece Max Magicka Monster piece

I was wondering if anybody knew what the difference is in damage between wearing 2 piece Slimecraw and a one piece Kena with another one piece Monster set that has max magicka on it? What is the "general" rule on the difference in damage? Thank you for your help
