Guild tabard (not sure where else this question would go)

Quick question. If I start a guild and 12 people join, this gives me access to make a tabard. My questions is, if those 12 people leave the guild and I am the only one left (Haha don't ask), do I keep access to the tabard I designed? Can I still wear it and have my guild name on my name plate? Or does it all go away
