Broke pvp quest

My main character does not have the pvp daily quest to kill x amount of players and such but any new character I make has the quest as soon as I get them to lvl 10 and move into pvp.
I sent in a ticket explaining the situation and nothing has been done about it. I asked if they could re set the alliance training quest so I could start it again have not gotten a reply at all about the request.
Has anyone else had this issue and the daily quest are just gone on one character and if so was there anyway to fix this?
A little about the situation my main is from 3 years ago during the 5 day early access I went into pvp then abandoned the quest bc I did not want to do it. After that I was never able to get it back and just put up with it.
Should I just keep sending in tickets or give up hope?
