Have bought several items.. have logged off multiple times.

Still nothing there to retrieve.

I've seen that happen, though rarely. The game still seems to have your character logged into the server even though you've logged out. Have you tried zoning? Seems to always be reliable for me.

Well... ended up waiting (logged out) 30 mins and it finally popped up.
