I spent more than an hour attempting to locate the quest giver for Bonerock Caverns in Wrothgar. I finally broke down and looked up a tutorial online, which clearly shows the backpack that begins the quest. I located the backpack, but there is nothing here for me. I disabled all addons, nothing. I considered that maybe I have already completed this quest, but the location lit up as new when I approached the cavern outside, and furthermore the marker on the map is incomplete, so there is no way this is completed already.

I just subscribed today, but now I cannot make progress toward this very simple quest which is essential for the costumes. Now in game tickets will not submit because the Submit button is greyed out and worthless. The ticket system on the web site seems to be gone or moved. Please repair this quest giver.

Some kind soul ran through and shared the quest with us. Part 2 is to "show the medallion to Zhasim." Alas, in spite of the compass marker's clear direction, Zhasim is absent.

This really needs to be repaired. Bad.
