Looking for Mermaid Whiskey recipe for regular provisioning writ.

I've checked about 20 guild store locations. Nothing.

I think Mermaid Whiskey is for a master writ. Not 100% sure, though.

In the case of master writs, you're on your own. Then again, those are supposed to be, "challenging," to complete, so go figure. Your best bet would be to scour guild kiosks and see if anyone's listed one for sale.

That's a master writ. I'm looking for one my self and when I do manage to find one it's listed at ridiculous prices 75+. Brewers and Chefs don't sell these.

Back when i was looking for the guild trader for my guild every week, I would hit every trader on Monday morning if we missed getting one. Think 5 or so traders in every zone. Come back when you have hit 100 traders or so. One of them will probably have, but if its rare, expect to pay well.
Power level to CP160 in a week:
Where is the end game? You just played it.
Why don't I have 300+ skill points? Because you skipped content along the way.
    Where is new content? Sigh.

Same goes for enchanting. Enchanter sells the required runes needed for the daily writs. Not sure about Alchemy as I have a ton of mats and never needed anything for the writs.

If it is green and at the level for your crafting the vendors mentioned in what I quoted will have them cheap.

yeah for a Master writ Kotaro keeps getting Ozorga's red frothgar, (twice so far) this one needs to do that quest for the recipe but this Khajiit is lazy and gave it to my friend to do it as he has the recipe already learned, 2 writ vouchers is meh...to this one..

Mermaid Whiskey is a level 25 recipe so available as a reward from doing provisioning writs in your alliances capital. Purple recipes don't drop that often but there also aren't that many purple recipes you could get so having an alt or two do those provisioning writs you'll soon get the recipe.

I was doing this as I was missing a few of the level 25 blue recipes (which are much harder to get specific recipes for), I got many many duplicates of every purple recipe before I got the blues I needed. The gold I was making selling purple recipes made up for the grind getting those missing recipes :-)

I actually enjoyed the Ozorga quest track. It was pretty easy and took all of 15 mins to do..and get 4 recipes...Ozorga's Bear Haunch is the last one. Nice Gold recipe...but takes perfect roe to make. :(

I've had every recipe for over a year, so now it's just keeping up when new ones come out. But if I still needed any I would use this...

And if not on PC, I probably wouldn't bother with provisioning at all. Seriously the lack of ability to properly search for items would make me want to go postal.
