I currently have a normal version of ESO, is it possible to bind it to steam by purchasing the morrowind upgrade?
I'd write a ticket but am reluctant to receive another "has your issue been resolved"

klowdy1✭✭✭✭✭Not sure if this is helpful, but I bought the gold edition from the ESO site when it was $30, and was unable to connect the account a week later when i got a steam gift crad. You can open up the ESO launcher through steam, but they are not connected.
Do a dry run with it. Go to Morrowind on steam, and see if it says you need the base game in order to buy the expansion. If so, you will need to buy a new base version on steam. If you can purchase without the base game, I would imagine you can use your current account to log on through the Morrowind app in your steam library, but I dont know 100%.
I'm going to imagine the way steam treats the base game (you have to buy it from them to have access to that account directly), you will need the base game through steam to even buy the expansion.1
