PC: Xbox One Elite Controller has Stopped Working

I am not sure what is going on. I started up ESO yesterday and the controller has stopped working. I've attempted in both wired and wireless mode. Works fine in all other games. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers. Still nothing. And still works fine in all other games.
