I wonder if they had permission to post that, or they're breaking the NDA?

Considering that MMORPG.com published their review today, the blackout must have been lifted today for the media.

Oh noes! They loved it! Surely they were paid, strongarmed, kidnapped and forced to write such heinous lies!

    Surely?

I guess they must have reviewed the game rather than the patch notes. Shame some others haven't done the same.

They probably wrote that ages ago, like around the same time all those players got invited to ZOS HQ to play test morrowind. Back then, the only change to sustain was no cost reduction in the CP system lmao.

Not that it matters, cause the guy who wrote that article talks about the game like a casual new player would, and sustain doesn't affect casuals cause they never do anything that requires them to lift a finger. They can just keep their finger mashed down on the left mouse button forever. :P

"Even here Elder Scrolls Online adds variety to the MMO template and captures some of the spirit of the original Morrowind. To even get into the Daedric ruin, I need to solve a puzzle involving bowls and skulls left by followers of the unpredictable trickster Daedric lord Sheogorath."

If this is the improved questing that the MMORPG review was lauding Morrowind for, I'm outta here.

I'm so sick of those puzzles from the vanilla and especially Orsinium questing experience (where they were dialled up to 11 and appeared in almost every quest / delve, e.g. the dungeon with the Khajiit-raised-as-anorc).

"I love the nature focus of the Warden, and the way I can call ghostly versions of Morrowind's famed cliff racers down on foes. I can shield myself in ice, do decent healing, and even summon a bear. There's a lot of outcry in the community right now about how ZeniMax weakened every other class in preparation for the Warden, but right now I'm loving it."

Well of course you love playing a class that was made deliberately broken OP.

    This reviewer, man.

Overland questing in this game is generally good to outstanding. The main reasons to not like it are:
    • You generally don't like questing.
    • You find the combat too easy.
    • You've done the quests already on another character.
    • Your character is in the Ebonheart Pact. :)

I think ZOS questing is pretty good, but the puzzles are about as deep as a kiddie wading pool. Myst, it is not. Hopefully, this is what you meant.

Yeah I think there is only one quest puzzle I can think of where I actually had to think (Evermore graveyard one), everything else I could just click buttons until it worked even if I didn't listern to the NPCs tell me the exact order.

I thought the review was great. Well written, concise and clearly communicating how the writer feels. I hope the expansion is as good as this writer thinks it is when its released in June.
