Maelstrom Arena bug.

Arena isn't allowing me to use an ultimate - Highlighting the target and using Shooting Star continually produces zero effect and nothing happens. This happened for the last 45 minutes. In addition, I do not have Healing Springs on my bar and suddenly my character casts healing springs, with the animation of lifting the staff over the head with both hands and sparklies on the ground and everything. My character also starts using Puncturing Sweeps when i'm actually using Reflective light that is on a separate bar altogether. This is really dreadful.
