Xbox Virtual Keyboard not working.

For the past week or so we've been having to deal with the virtual keyboard not showing up whenever we try to do anything that requires typing (i.e. motd, text chat, etc.). Sometimes it works right away and then stops working at some point in the game, many times it doesn't work at all upon starting the game. The only work around so far is to force close ESO from dashboard menu and then restart it, which it will then temporarily work. As a result of not having a virtual keyboard, xbox glass also does not work making this bug even more annoying.
