XB/NA, why do are many Blues EU?

I've noticed this for a while. There prime hours are obviously different than other factions, and I have at least 2 crashes per night when I fight them, but never against AD? Is this a possible cause for additional server stress?

Generally if I crash, a lot of others do as well. Just curious.
