[PC/EU] Versace - Progression/Raiding Guild [Now recruiting]

Welcome to Versace
Hello and welcome to Versace, progression raiding guild started in September 2016, previously as a way for close friends to progress in end game content, we are now looking for new members to help expand the guild’s depth and comprehensiveness. We currently raid Tuesday and Thursday nights for core members and Saturdays and Sundays for non-core raids with more days looking to be opened if there is sufficient interest. We operate using a telegram channel for safe and secure communication outside of game for raid organising and general community spirit. For those interested in joining it is to be noted that the main things we look for in a player is their attitude, willingness to listen and application of their skills and knowledge in a raid environment.
We are looking for damage dealers primarily to fill up the slots however good applications on healers and tanks are always welcome. Our raid experience as a guild is high and are constantly striving for higher scores and feel opening up recruitment will aid the guild. With many of our members already Dro M’athra destroyers we are looking for optimistic and keen members to help expand this number.
Applications
Overview: For all applications a trial period will be given to all successful applicants regardless of role which will be 2 weeks long, or if you prove yourself to perform adequately in a trial environment, the promotion will be a lot quicker, possibly instant. We would also like to be shown a SuperStar add on screenshot of your gear and CP distribution just so we can make sure your gear is up to scratch as well as your rotation and other governing factors.
Damage Dealer: You will be required to hit 35k self buffed on the 6m HP dummy, however sustain will be given to ensure your resources are always full during these tests. We will also be testing you in trial environments so if you show a good rotation and knowledge of how to improve we will make exceptions on a case to case basis if you do not hit the required number.
Healer: Applying for a healer is slightly more simpler, you will be required to show you have a range of gear and skills morphed to adapt in a raid environment to the needs of the team and more importantly some demonstration of team work. If you show promise with raid experience and have the relevant gear then the only way to test you will be to invite you a test raid and follow the application process like the rest.
Tanks: You will be required to demonstrate that you have the gear and skills required to adequately buff the group in trials, I.E. Powerful Assault for Off-Tanks and Ebon/Alkosh for Main Tanks as well as good knowledge of mob spawns and placement.

Ideally you must be experienced with good knowledge of all trials, hard modes and be willing to progress, follow and execute instructions from the respective raid leader.
