I think it started in may 2015 on the ESO forums. Gina spread it across the office and now it's stuck. I also seen it on other forums, but it originated on the ESO forums.

But it more than bugs like the past weekend login issues that I read it for. I look see if small quest fixes make it in to get a idea how long it takes to correct minor ones before they are forgotten and have to be report again.
