Changing Gaming Format Question

Hello all,

I am considering jumping ship from XB1 to PSN and seek confirmation of a answer to a question you may of seen many times here on the forum.

IF I jump, would I lose all my characters and crown store coins as I believe.

You will not lose them, you will just not be able to transfer them either.
