Try this, seems to work for many, from a ZOS type last month:

Close both the game and the launcher
    Open the game installation directory
    Open the folder named "Launcher"
Inside the "Launcher" folder, there is a folder named "ProgramData"
Rename the "ProgramData" folder to "ProgramDataBackup"
Open the launcher and download update
    Click "Play"

That fix worked for me last time, but not this time. I had the issue earlier and got it, waited a few minutes, game data loaded, but I'm going on 30+ minutes now (even after wiping ProgramData for a second time)

I've tried it all, repairing.... getting rid of the program data... etc etc. It comes down too there login server imo... some bug or something. Idk, it's getting old tho. really fast. Great way for my 6 month eso+ to be spent... not able to login.

Its not our client, at this point anyone still being affected by this should ignore other players' advice. Nothing works because there is nothing we can do. This is a server problem. We can't fix the servers therefore all the advice given is useless. Just wait it out, or spam the login and hope you get lucky. 39 hours of no login and counting. Great way to spend my weekend.

Still have Error#200. The error doesn't happen when using the VPN.

It's very easy to prove this isn't a local client issue.

    1. It is fair to argue that pathway to PC NA is not the same as PC EU - so being able to login to EU but not NA does not prove it is a ZOS issue necessarily

    2. However, I and many others, are able to log into BOTH PTS and EU, just not NA

Unless someone can tell us positively that PTS is located for some bizarre reason in a data center outside either NA or EU, the logical assumption is PTS server is based in North America, most likely in the same location as NA.

I and many others have reported we can login and play absolutely fine on PTS. For hours. As well as EU. It is just NA that is rejecting our login attempts.

Perhaps it is some false positive re: DDOS. Perhaps it is some unintended consequence how ZOS tried to defend themselves from DDOS attacks. But just as it is crystal clear this issue does not affect many players, it is also clear it does affect a good number of us and no local client repair or fix is the issue.

Last time this happened ~ month ago, if I sat in the login screen and repeatedly tried to login, I would eventually randomly get in (to be kicked at some later point).

This issue for me only EVER happened after that spate of DDOS attacks a couple months ago. If you will recall it was that double whammy of ZOS getting attacked, they tried to do something to counter that also ended up breaking things even more, they posted re: it was their issue and had 2 unscheduled maintenances to fix it. One that borked more things, and another to fix the attempted fix.

Since that time, whatever anti DDOS implementations they've put in place, has made some weekends just an Elder Scrolls Offline for many players.
