No help received - Can't play ESO

I sent a help form in over a week ago now and received no response. In fact I've now sent several requests for help.
I even posted here and got nothing.
Loading up on xbox it asks me to create an account or link an account. I've tried numerous emails including a brand new email to create an account but nothing works. Months ago I played Eso on xbox when my friend first bought the game so I'm not sure why the account save file isn't there for me to continue.

✭✭✭✭Um, do you have any sort of form e-mail from setting up your account? I'm such a freaking packrat that I would, but maybe not everyone would do that.
Maybe posting (or sending to "support" up on the top right of the screen"?) what your account name was might help?

Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0 -

✭I have the confirmation email that my account was created from Eso team. When trying to link it in game when I first load it up it tells me its failed and to contact customer service.
Trying to create an account using a new email at that screen upon loading the game also fails.PC NA - GreggsSausageRoll0
