Future BiS for Magicka DK?

Hello,

Soon I plan to start grinding gear for my Magicka DK. In a previous post, I made a reference to burning spellweave and someone replied, advising me to not grind for it due to the upcoming nerf. I asked for details but they never replied. I've also attempted to search for info but I can't find anything.

Can someone please provide some details on what's going to happen? Also, if burning spellweave will no longer be BiS, what should I go for?

I still think BSW might be BiS, maybe using reduced cost/recovery glphys might be viable.

Although I think heavy attack builds might be the new meta, it all depends on what new sets come with morrowind.

Also if any of the changes are reverted or not.
