PC NA - Error 200 and Constant Infinite Loading Screen

As the title states, I am experiencing either error 200 which does not let me log in for a while and once I get in, I play for 10-30 minutes then this game puts me into infinite loading screen. I am not sure what's happening but this is extremely frustrating.
