This epic piece of artwork (costume) was available on all platforms from June 30 - 2016 from Crown Store. I think they removed it some time back but i'm sure ZOS pop it right back someday so you'll be able to "grab" it
I think it's a great work of art with many small details. Cannot remind me of the crown price but i guess it was 1000-1500?
