Xbox update issue

Hi people,
I've just had the update downloaded, it ran fine no issues, could load the game perfectly fine.
However, once the game had loaded, my text seems to have completely disappeared.
Where your task text and hints come up in the top right corner, it now says something like "Task Text" etc.
The same is on my quest log, my journal- Hell even the lorebook/achievement section shows no real information. The same is for my Champion Points tree; it brings up no information though I have a few points to spend on each section.
NPCs names all come up as "offline"
Is anyone else having this problem or heard of this happening before?
I've restarted my xbox multiple times but it's still the same.
Has anyone got any suggestions? I'm starting to wonder if reinstalling the game would make a difference?
