Trouble logging into account

Was trying to login into my account earlier on the eso webpage, so I could download the client on my new computer. But each time I type in my username and password and hit enter, it loads and bring back up the login page. It doesn't show any error or say I entered wrong information either. Also, I can log into my account just fine from my phone, so I have no idea what the problem is.
