What triggers the Swamp Raider effect?

It says when you deal damage with a magicka ability - does this also count for indirect damage such as a reflect-projectiles ability or let's say spiked armor and the such
or ONLY for direct damage abilities?

I'd wait to find out since according to the pts notes it's currently being triggered by the wrong things so it's over performing.

That doesn't change that it was triggering off the wrong effects.

It is still completely useless 450 dmg to only a few abilities is complete crap.
All other sets which benefit another type if damage don't need to be proct

It triggers off of enchant procs, and is practically always up. 450 weapon damage to poison and disease damage when you are a stam dk with velidreth? Useless?

Idk, I remember it making Power Extraction on my NB comparable to Steel Tornado in terms of damage, granted proccing off Weapon enchants was probably the reason it was an oddball useful set.

Not meta worthy but a nice change of pace from the same old set ups. If it no longer procs off Weapon enchants, it'll probably end up as a scrap set

It is just plain idiotic that you need to deal damage with a magicka based skill to proc it. Just give the bonus at all times and the set could actually fit some builds but now it you have to sacrifice a bar slot for it to work
