We don't need unbinding all dungeon gears, we don't need token system.
All we need is a fair drop system, as in the drop rate of any set any piece any trait should be the same.
It pains me to see that ZOS know what traits are the Best (in golden vendor it's all infuse and impen, and drop rate of prosperous is much larger than other traits). That means they know what's wrong, they know that many traits are not working as intended (repair wise impen saves more money than pros, decisive is not generating enough ult to be considered good etc)but they fill the loot table with broken trash traits and intentionally make good traits rare.
This is the real problem with RNG, if ZOS can balance the traits, they wouldn't make the good traits rare because all traits are good. Making trait system unbalanced and make good traits rare is an ill way to increase play time
