Help? Game Froze After Login (ps4)

Hmm i just had this weird problem i wanted to some more eso after taking a break so i booted it up got to character screen clicked him when it was loading it suddently froze music turned off as well i thought my ps4 froze but it didnt since i could still go to my dashboard and i can still minimize as well its just the game froze i had to close it restart the game now its fine has any of you seen this before?
