ESO won't let me log in again Xbox NA

This game constantly gives the same errors to us all when we are disconnected or can't log in etc.

Seriously, ZOS get your house in order.

Zos stop screwing up the game with horrible patches. Go back and make this game work properly. We are all tired of submitting a ticket to the empty void, Black Hole.

Before that it was the message that says you need to contact ESO online customer support.

It is in a constant loading screen and then says the message above that "login failed".

Floki can't play now.

This is not an Xbox Live Issue. This is ESO servers are crap.

Floki can't play now.

Are you banned/suspended? Check your email, and see if you have received any information that could potentially be related to your current problem. Besides that, the only suggestion that I can give, is to contact customer support. Or simply put in a ticket. I hope your issue(s) are resolved, bruh.

Switch accounts on your Xbox and try that way and switch back (my usual work around) other than that I would hard reset my xbox.

No its not dude i tested 3 other games its the broken server quit always sticking up for this garb server

Xbox live status always has issues but it never stops u from playing a game. Zos uses xbox for a excuse like no other company does lol.. if eso is having a problem they go on xbox page to see if they can blame it on them lol everytime.

Xbox EU is down too.

It's Microsoft that has issues, to do with purchased content, and ESO is tough on verification so it makes sense that a MS problem could limit ESO from working if it can't properly connect.

Every time the issue is "Purchase and Content Usage" I wonder if it applies just to digital games since they were purchased online and go through a check each time you start, or if it includes the disc version as well. I own this digitally and can't log in. Anyone playing on disc having this issue?

Yep, everything works great on my xbox. For some strange reason ESO is the only multiplayer game affected.

I played my other purchased content games with no problem. Do you think ZOS made a lot of computer geeks angry?

Mine gets in on xbox but its a forever loading screen to get to my character select screen

Try your other games and you will see ZOS servers are the issue. They don't want to let you in if you cannot purchase content so they restrict xbox players access until they can buy crap again??

Yeah, I was about to write another message and say never mind. I just logged in to Dark Souls II SotFS no problem. Online works fine. WTH?

ZOS pissed off the entire world with their patch notes. I heard about a group called "Anonymous", maybe they read the patch notes. : )

Even with a disc it doesn't work when it is that issue. Seems eso is special in that it doesn't matter whether you bought digital or physical, the server sees them as the same.

I think it is part xbox and part zos, like what someone else mentioned zos is picky on the verification process.

So the slightest issue screws everything up.

If I have everything downloaded and the servers are up I should be able to play. But in reality that is not how things work.

Xbox always have service interruptions but it doesnt stop u from playing games. I can play nba 2k black ops 2 black ops 1 overwatch all online working fine not a single error.

Its eso trust me lol... always is.

The last time my xbox wasnt actually working was the Dos attack on our servers. Zos just needa get it together

They like to blame Xbox but it's JUST an Content purchase issue. It shouldn't lock you out of ESO too. It's a problem on their end. I can play all of my other online games just fine. Just not ESO

Now it says "You must be signed in to an xbox live profile to play eso."

Still no ESO for me and others, yet all games on xbox one are perfect except one. ESO.

Strange how I just played smite online but battlefield is saying I'm offline...something definitely wrong with xbox.

Precisely, xbox has issues with purchasing content ZOS should less greedy and allow players to sign in even if they cant purchase new stuff!

Same problem here, I asked​to get off work early so I could get a head start on playing tonight and ZOS had fkd me in the A once again. Seriously I can tolerate the needs and adapt to different playing styles. I can when tolerate the price hikes in the crown store, the broken dungeon finder is pushing it but I'll persaver through but when I can't play the game for the 3rd day this month (9 days in two months) than I don't want to play anymore. The fact that ZOS is silent about these issues and don't offer any type of updates or information is going to be the reason why I quit all together. I've spent well over. $400 in the crown store these past two months not including my sub. All that money and ZOS can even put together a simple current service client.
