Quest: What Lies Beneath, "Summon the Dragonpriest, has at least two quest blocking issues.
Reached
Summon the Dragonpriest marker 4+ x, killed guardian semi-boss monster. However, despite marker no interactibles or
E prompt. Monster respawns, rinse & repeat.
Also nearby D'arj the Hunter (Quest giver)
marker. No D'arj just a skeletal warrior at marker position atop rocky outcropping. /reloadui, same result for both. Returned to D'arj's camp. he was not there.
What Lies Beneath completely broken. Cannot enter cavern(?) until Dragonpriest summoned.
Finally,
no /bug interface to attach screenshot.

We are unable to assist you because you did not select the correct category to submit your ticket. Please re-submit your ticket under Quest Assistance. Make sure to include any relevant details about the quest or your situation.
Submit a ticket through the “Get Help” function in your quest journal in order to include the quest name in your new ticket. This will allow us to collect more data on the quest you are reporting.
On
PC, open your quest journal (default hotkey “J”), right click on the quest name, and select “Get Help”.
On Xbox One, open your quest journal, select the quest, and hit the “Y” button to select “Get Help”.
On PS4, open your quest journal, select the quest, and hit the “Triangle” button to select “Get Help".

You replied:

I did open my Journal using [J] and selected the Quest "What Lies Below". However, at that point when I chose "Get Help" the /bug reporter just returned to the screen to select the Quest but no Quest was selected. I repeated this twice but
could not Get "What Lies Beneath, 'What Lies Below'" attached or chosen for my Help Request. I therefore submitted Ticket 170421-000674.
Please have the Devs check /bug as well as the Quest-breakers I reported.
Note: Also no longer an interface to attach screenshot.
Please escalate this ticket.
Subsequently I ran
Game Consultant and
DxDiag. Reports attached.
P.S.: Issues occurred on
PTS.
