Battle Grounds and Grim Focus?

After playing as a magblade in BG for several days. became increasingly frustrated with Grim Focus. You see , as you noticed there is lot of LOS going on in BGs. Whenever the spectral now is ready and I hit the skill and the enemy 1 second later moves behind the wall.... the bow does not fire... however the spectral bow proc goes away... which means I cannot shoot the bow when the enemy comes around the wall...I have to refresh the Merciless Resolve and get back in to 4 light attacks again.
