Group Finder - kicking out all party members and make people wait+Mail item received is gone!

Hi
During guild dungeon run, i had problem with dungeon finder, it kicked us out and made us wait 1hour untill we could enter again into dungeon finder, we just wanted to get daily bonus xp, and reward, that kind of problem is annoying at least 3-5 times a week,
The other issue is :
items sent by people either cod or normal, when receive dont show up in inventory/alchemy bag,
please could you take a closer look into that?
i heard some of my guild members from few different guild had same problem !
