Just curious how many people are effect by it and is their a cap?

The 12 are random and it shouldn't hit the same person if one is already up and another goes off.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

Wow only 6 that makes it pretty pointless then better off using the healing morph over the getting a tiny bit of ult back0
