Enchantement crafting issue

Hi,

Since severals days now and even with the last update on ps, i have error displayed when i craft an enchantment quest. I see error displayed on the screen and then i cannot craft another item (wood etc...)

So can i send you the screenshot of the error somewhere ?

If you can access a copy of the screenshot on the Playstation 4 then you might be able to transfer it to your PC/Mac (I've never used a Playstation platform, nor an XBox, so I am not apprised of their features and abilities) or whatever computer that you're using to post messages on this forum.

Then you can use the forum editor's "Attach a File" option which is on a line below the "Leave a Reply" text entry form to add the image to your message before you post it.

Or, if the image is available online, use the "Insert URL" feature of the editor to enter a URL with which we can access the image, which will include it in your message like this one:

Hi,

Thank you here is my screenshot from PS4 showing the bug that appear when i take a lot of command in same time like wood, enchantment, food etc...

I get this every single time I craft a glyph. It's also a 50/50 shot when I lock or unlock gear that's in the bank. Always that UI error

And i cannot craft anything else (wood etc...) after that error. You too ? I must unlog and login again to be able to craft again. (excuse for my english, i'm not english :-)

/reloadui typed in text chat should work, even on console, and is faster than logout+login..

but meh... one might think this is a prominent bug that'd be fixed in a short time, but no..it's been annoying me day after day, week after week, month after month. Of course it's been reported, what else could be done to make them fix it?!

Same for the "lock/unlock item in the bank" bug, that requires closing and restarting my eso client, as it completely bugs my eso interface and I cannot use text chat or logout any more! Still there, although it's been reported by several people over the last couple of months.. so sad..

We have a similar problem with the Use option on the context menu of the Inventory UI, just a different error message and a different cause for it on PC/Mac NA. The /reloadui command is often no faster than re-logging the character, and it usually doesn't stop the UI Error from occurring again soon. Re-logging may be slower, but the bug usually doesn't re-appear for a while.

Since this particular UI Error first began to happen, the incidence has noticeably declined. This implies that every "megaserver" host is not running software identical to the same software on other hosts. (On some hosts, the flaw has been fixed, but not on others.) So whether the UI Error is likely to happen depends upon the "instance" of the game in which the Player Character is loaded. Logging out of a PC and logging in on the same character again often results in the character being in a different "instance" of the game, but /reloadui doesn't cause that to happen.

thank you, yes this is faster and this work well, i doesn't understand why this bug is still here if they know it since severals months...
