What skills don't require a 180 degee cone of vision to use on other players?

That's not an offesive skill and come the Morrowind patch it will require players to be in a cone in front of you.

A couple of the weapon skills hit everything around you but in close range.

One thing to keep in mind, it is the POV of the character, not the player for skills. While you as the player may have good line of site, your camera may be elevated, but the character your controlling has a tree or a bush or a rock or a pebble in the way that negates line of sight.

Lol to Breath of Life guy, probably is glad it is being wreaked. So quick to say "Breath of Life!" That he didn't even read the offensive part.

If you're running pets (volatile familiar / twilight tormentor), their special abilities work on whatever they happen to be attacking... if you're running for your life you can hit their special ability while shielding/healing and they'll do the dirty work.

Any channeled ability.

For example you can cast Toxic Barrage on a person who is in plain sight, then move behind a wall and fire your arrows through that wall without line of sight. It's evil.

Pretty sure v3.0.0 will fix this though.

The amount of times my pets have vanished only to see damage ticks popping in the distance while in dungeons... get kills across half the map.
