Can't play Xbox since maint yesterday

Ever since I downloaded maintenance it loads to the page that says ESO online but then it doesn't prompt me to go further and just sits there forever. My space on hard drive was full so it paused the DL half way before it was done and i thought that maybe have screwed up DL. So I uninstalled the entire game and reinstalled it over night and same problem....

Did you hard reset your Xbox since the update? I had to yesterday also make sure you have 5 to 10% free space on the HDD.

I did try to restart xbox and it didnt help.. i literally uninstalled every other game including ESO then reinstalled it. then restarted and same issue.

really strange that I'm the only one here.. i would have thought the reinstall would have fixed it being as its not a mass issue, just me

haha i know! but my ex has a xbox linked to mine and when she DL stuff it does it on mine so i didnt realize it was full before the update!

Fresh install on an external hard drive, dont use tge internal for eso.

I totally feel your pain OP that sounds rough, hopefully ZOS responds to the ticket you put in online im thinking its probably ticket number 170420-001701

Um... shot in the dark with this suggestion. Turn off the Xbox One's access to the internet. Try power cycling your router and get the Xbox1 on a different IP address. I have a sneaking suspicion your machine might have a IP conflict.

After the router comes back online, log into the router and assign the Xbox1 to its own static IP address and try to put the Xbox1 on a DMZ zone. Go back to your Xbox 1, and manually set up internet connection with its own personal static IP address, then try to relaunch ESO.

This is something I have also done with my PS4 to prevent IP address conflicts and or Port forwarding issues.

Restarting the console is not the same thing as a hard reset.

Hold the power "button" for about 10 seconds, or until the unit turns off. Wait about 30 seconds. Press the power button.

You'll see the 15 hour green screen load up, and this indicates a hard reset.

If you have trouble with this, unplug the console and wait 30 seconds. Restore power. Then turn it on.
