Changing biling region

Hey guys,
Since ESO support system is horrible (atleast for me, can't find a damn thing how to make ticket, everything points me to forum...) Do any of you have any experience with changing biling region? Thing is, i created my account when i was in UK, so everything is in GBP currency. Now im back in EU, and i want to pay in Euros. I can't change my region in account settings, so i wonder, is it even possible?
