and you should generally go all magicka or all vigor (stamina) for DPS and use light armor (magicka) or medium (stamina)
and staff for magicka DPS and for pve duel wield and bow is used for stamina
i would google either stamina or magicka DPS builds for a general idea of how the specs are built, go from there.
