Random Dungeon Activity Finder Only Placing Two People

When I try to queue up for dungeons with me and my girlfriend already in a group we wait for about five minutes and then it will alert us that our group is ready. We then get placed into the dungeon by ourselves (only 2/4 people) as the group finder doesn't actually add anyone else into our group with us. This usually ends up with the game removing us from the area. It's really frustrating and I was wondering if this bug was known and if there is anything I can do to fix it.

SBC✭✭✭✭The group finder is basically unusable with premade groups, and it's a gamble with solo queue. I'm not even sure if they have acknowledged the issues0 -
It's frustrating to try to take a guildie in for their first run through FG1 and get kicked immediately. I know most are busy playing in PTS but those who are left behind are not able to run the dungeons we want when we want. Please fix this.
