Stamina Seducer Equivalent

With the current meta changes and the state of PvP and PvE in the coming patch, sustain its going to be a challenge, no doubt.

We need a Seducer for Stamina users. A set that can be crafted in either armor type and provides a stamina cost reduction of 8%.

I know, I know, we have Vicious Ophidia, but its not crafteable and does not allow the freedom of choosing trait, armor weight or style for that matter.
Back in the day, Stamina had Hunding's Rage and that was duplicated for Magicka (Julianos Law); why not make it again when there is such a need?
Currently, and being restricted by the NDA that applies to Morrowind Beta, I feel like it would not harm anyone to add such a Crafted Set either as an additional morrowind one (a 4th set) or as a change to one of the existing sets (one not used at all such as Way of the Arena, Spectre's Eyes or whatnot).

This set could be something like:

Indoril's Guard

2. Stamina Recovery
3. Maximum Stamina
4. Stamina Recovery
5. Reduces the cost of your stamina abilities by 8%

This is a mere suggestion but I believe it could help somehow to achieve the new balance that its much needed with the coming patch!

Stamina seducer is Marksman, for PvP. Too bad you can't find anything but bows anymore for it.

Stamina ablities are already 15% cheaper on average, they don't need a set like this, if they do get on like this, I want a bone pirates set for mag.

Still non crafteable. Heavy seducer is likely going to be a must for healers in PvP, what with stamina heavy users? With constitution being nerfed..

Seducer healers set, not for stamina DPS.

There are currently 3 sets in game that provide Stam Cost reduction:

Quick Serpent:

2 - weapon crit
3 - max stam
4 - max stam
5 - 8% stam cost reduction and major expedition on kill

Vicious Ophidian

2 - weapon crit
3 - minor slayer
4 - weapon crit
5 - 8% stam cost reduction, weapon dmg, and major expedition and stam return on kill

Marksman

2 - stam regen
3 - stam regen
4 - weapon dmg
5 - 5% stam cost reduction, 8% bow damage to players

Quick Serpent is easily farmed in normal SO, vet if you want gold (or purple) jewelry.

VO can be farmed in any of the Craglorn trials.

Marksman is very cheap on guild traders and can be found in any armor slot, jewelry, or weapon.

Plus as others have mentioned, stamina class skills are, on average, 15% cheaper than there magicka counterparts, and all stamina weapons have their abilities reduced by 20% via passives.

LOL we have a much better version of Seducer. VO and Quick Serpent.

Can be used on Jewelry. Has Gold Jewelry. What more can you ask for? For it to be craftable/come in heavy armor? A bit too much don't ya think? If you want to wear heavy, you're going to have to use a heavy set along with VO. Every set has its restrictions, Seducer isn't flexible on the gear slots, VO isn't flexible in weight.

While I agree that there are alternatives like VO, you can't really craft anything like that.
Seeing seducer for stamina would be at least interesting.

I mean I think that all the heavy sets that grant insane amounts of Weapon damage should be medium, like Ravager, Seventh Legion, Veiled Heritance, Armor of Truth, etc. etc. As it stands now, most medium armor sets in the game are garbage (okay okay Bone Pirate yeah).

Personally, I love VO on my stamsorc, makes sustain just so damn easy. And as awesome as it would be, a mag version would just make mag too OP... or even more OP than it already is. I'd love to see it, but... yeah...

I think its fine and it forces us to learn how to deal with healthy jewelery and whatnot!

Marksman used to be the thing, but people whined and asked for non bow weapons to removed from the drops. (because marksman was apparently only for marksmen Oo)

Yeah, but I mean, Bone Pirate + Ravager = 37k Stam, 28k health, 2k recovery and like 4.5k weapon damage. At least that's what it is this patch.
