In game class, race change and customization

Just putting this out there..... I just feel we need the ability to have these options in game for gold outside of crown store purchase. Seeing how badly Zos keeps changing and nerfing classes, racial passives, etc., I think we need the ability to fix our own classes in game. We never get a free respec with any major change which is cutting us a raw deal forcing us to pay real money if we want to make a class of any use again. I think an in game trainer to change would be a great asset. Most mmos do this some way and yes I know that eso isn't like any other game. Heard that a million times, but still.......this should be a neccessary option to try to help patch the mistakes a little bit. Maybe make the cost go up each time you change and also have a requirement that you have had to play through cadwells gold on at least one character along with mages and fighters guild. As far as customization goes, we need a barber shop for sure. I definitely could use an in game slider to change height on some characters. My female altmer is just grossly tall and very out of proportion compared to any other race which is very misleading during character creation. It looks dumb to tower over an orc male. High elves are tall and graceful, but they never looked abnormal in elder scrolls games like they do in eso. Anyway, maybe someday Zos will give us some changes like these in the future.

Sorry to break it you but presently there isn't even the option to change class for crowns / real dollars.

Though yes, the ability to change classes in game would be nice. Or better yet, just not have them!

    That's horribly wrong.

In other IPs elves tend to be derived from Tolkien's works and are all graceful and pretty. Elder Scrolls elves have always had a more severe / goblinesque kind of look.

Many mods allow you to play prettier elves in Elder Scrolls single player games but that's not their default, lore appropriate appearance.

The truth is that ESO breaks with lore when it comes to altmer appearance and customisation allows for both ES style elves and prettier Tolkien like ones (which are the kind ESO show in their trailers). I've only seriously looked at male customisation but I expect the same applies for both genders.

To achieve the pretty kind of elf, you want the triangle slider along the bottom line and towards the left.

And if the game had remaines subscription powered, this is how it would have been.
But that ship sailed and sunk a long time ago.
Now, they need to make their profit through the crown store, so don't expect them to make anything like that freely available in-game - if they have to pay their code jockeys to write up the code for a racechange or character recustomization feature, they will want to see some profit in return... otherwise they would be operating at a loss, and we all know what the suits in charge do to things that operate at a loss, right?

Though it really, really would have been neat to have a "barbershop" stall in-game where you can pay gold to change hair styles and coloration, adornments and makeup/warpaint... instead of the current "either pay crowns for every change, or pay crowjns for the quickchange system that allows you to switch hairstyles or adornments on the fly"...
But eh. Gotta deal with how it is, not how it would have been better.

And I also agree, it would be neat to have some sort of character scale in chargen screens, so you could get a indea of how tall your character will be compared to others in game...

As for class change... they are on record stating they don't intend to do that, and indeed none of the MMORPGS I ever played did offer such a feature, so I am not very hopeful the powers that be at ZOS will ever change their minds about this

It is blatantly obvious at this point that the game is P2W and the Warden class will be the only effective class.

A cheap class change options would seem appropriate, charging too much will just add insult to injury.
