Can guildmasters permanently block players from being invited?

Can a guildmaster permanently block a particular player from his/her guild so that no junior (rank and file) guild members have the ability to invite said player?

I had a guy in my guild who was very toxic. He left on his own accord, but I fear he will ask a junior member for an invite to come back and cause chaos. I want entry-level guildmates to retain general invite privileges, but be unable to invite this one particular player.

If you use Facebook or any other 3rd party program/ website you could add notices there.

But you will probably just have to kick him if he joins again.

No, you can't perma block players. The best you can do is restrict invite access to higher ranks so they can monitor who is coming in.

As an alternative you can create a new rank at the bottom of the list and remove all access including guild chat so they can come in the guild but can't chat or do anything until a higher rank comes in and promotes them out of the pit.

There is an Addon called Personae Non Gratae - Guild Black list.

The Addon was originally designed for the use of keeping bots out of guilds, but since then Zos has now allowed users to change their IDs at will via the account page.

@Zolexi, unfortunately, I am on a PS4 Pro. Sony needs to chill and allow third party add-ons, but it'll never happen.

At least my senior officers know to never invite him. He'll never be in a position to rob the guild bank.
