So.. What you're saying is.... ZOS customer service is going to come to your house, beat your ass and drag you from the game kicking and screaming against your will if you don't like their changes?
Hmmm... I don't know, but... that kinda sounds.... illegal.
No one is forcing you to do anything. If you don't like the changes that are coming to game, feel free to constructively give advice or recommend changes. If not, leave. There is no reason to compare them to a company that does what united did.

A human being who decided that he didn't have to live up to his end of the contract he signed when he purchased the ticket. I think it's fairly obvious that he saw a payday and took it.
Actually, ZoS listens to it's customer base more than any other gaming company that I have seen. Sometimes they listen too much ( @FENGRUSH and Templar nerfing )
