Werewolf Skill Line

My Werewolf Skill Line on Nbk Mallory Knox is not moving stuck at the same point on level 4 no matter how many kills etc muy ultimate is generating really slow. I have cured, reinfected, deleted all saved data and then the game reinstalled done a skill reset and still stuck in the same place on level 4. Grouped on this character from the start just levelled to 50 partner had to catch up on there own. His Wolf Skill line is ok and his ultimate respawns up to 5 times faster. We are both dk with all the same skills apart from maybe 1 or 2 on back bar, we both have same weapons eso plus, Jubilee wvent and we have pledge of mara, same mundus stone. I have taken lots of screenshots if you have access to to them as there is no way of me sending them to you? I have another dk who is not levelling much either no matter how much I kill on my own and in Wolf form? From what we have done using the other dk I have and another of his characters also dk it is much worse on mallory? Please can you fix my account Zenimax???
