Missing Items that were Deposited to Guild Bank

I have just lost 79 Rosin that I deposited to my guild bank last week. The items never made it into the bank and when another officer needed them I submitted a ticket which I got a response from ZOS that it would be days before I could get any reply. I then replaced the items out of my own Craft bag assuming that I would get them replaced. Instead ZOS now insists that nothing is missing since they see the items being redeposited and they refuse to even check my own inventory levels to observe the 79 Rosin discrepancy. My GM lost 10 furnishing items 2 weeks ago deposited into the guild bank and 4 weeks ago 200 Bast that I deposited just never showed up. How many other items are vanishing and nobody notices? 2 weeks ago one page of the Glass Motif that we thought we had a full set of went missing. I am very disturbed and concerned about the amount and value of items that are just vanishing! Is anyone else having this problem?
