Guild trader issue

Hello,

I purchased a guild trader and got the confrimation email and the money was taken out. But when i go to the location it has the options to hire the trader like it's not occupied and you can't enter the store to browse. Anyone else experiencing this?

I have this same error. Not sure what causes it. I also noticed this problem with a trader from a different guild a few weeks ago.

I have noticed this a few times with various traders. The guild trader in old orcinium outlaws refuge is a commonly bugged one. It appears unhired, but when you attempt to hire it a prompt comes up saying it is already occupied. Yet no option to access the store occupying it is available. IMO guilds affected should be offered a refund of their bid as they're not making any sales to public.

I agree! I sent the support team a message on Sunday and asked if this was not fixed to credit our guild bank back. Of course there has been no reply from them. It's an unfortunate thing for guilds to lose out on so much $$.
