Why don't identical glyphs stack in inventory?

I made some extra glyphs for future writs and noticed they won't stack in my inventory. Is this intended or a bug?

yeah this is a nightmare, even just clearing inventory to decon them

Patch notes state that even with full inventory they will go into your crafting bag so that's a plus.

Afaik they use up one inventory spot each, but you should be able to stack them just for display purposes, forget where it says that though, I never really use it.

I hate they dont.. atleast for all the found glyphs I collect for deconstructing for my alts..
