The longer they wait the more worried I get..

I really don't want Morrowind to be a buggy mess

I'm optimistic, though I'm expecting bugs. I'm more interested in the changes that doesn't include Morrowind, TBH. (class, cp, ect).

I don't believe none of us want that lol. We are still well over a month away from release so there is time to iron out most of the bugs and issues.

    I'd say later this week
When the snows fall and the white winds blow,
the lone wolf dies, but the pack survives.

It's a big patch though, with a limited number of testers. Battlegrounds, new trial, tons of new content, etc. Finding most of the bugs is one thing, Zenimax having enough time to fix them is another.

Are we even going to be able to see the patch notes for morrowind itself considering it's a closed beta?

Hope we atleast see the class changes, gear changes and any combat changes. Well for me atleast and i think stuff like that will be published. But who knows how much of the actual Morrowind Expansion content will be released in the patch notes to the public but sure the closed testers have to see it to help fix or change things. But man it is a short window to do that unless Morrowind just isnt that big of an update as many expect.

Probably not, we will only see the base game natch potes. The Morrrowind patch notes will probably only be available to those in the closed beta ......

I might have to eat crow later

    BUT

Being it is CLOSED BETA invited ONLY, unless you have been invited NOBODY can view them. Because having access to them grants access to the new forums of people posting things about the game. EVERYTHING in the closed beta is NDA

WHy have something NDA when it patch notes will be publicly viewed 2 months before the actual release.

The blog article confirmed that the PTS patch notes will be visible to all. But, non-testers will not have access to the forum discussing the beta.

Also, to the OP, Gina stated on April 5 that it would be a "couple weeks" so they are not late yet.

They placed all the people that participated in PTS over the years on one giant dart board, placed a blindfold over Sheogorath's eyes and handed him some darts. ( I question the decision making process here; it seems a tad dangerous to give Uncle Sheo pointy objects but I digress.)

The ones hit with darts either got invited to the closed morrowind beta or

Uncle Sheo's house in The Shivering Isles.

    Uncle Leo is worse

In life, he was a handsome and promiscuous mortal man who had a girl in every city from Windhelm to Stormhold. However, his looks faded with age, and he grew insane from lack of female attention. Sheogorath offered to restore Leo's youth, but in return he was forbidden from bedding the same woman twice. Leo agreed, but a few years later fell in love with a woman named Mjoll. He assumed that his contract with the Mad God would be forfeit if he married; instead, his skin melted off like wax on his wedding night and he became Sheogorath's. After his death, Sheogorath brought him to the Shivering Isles, where he reformed as a gigantic Flesh Atronach. He became a guest in the Chateau of the Ravenous Rodent in Dementia. Leo began to fall in love with the rats there, which Sheogorath regarded as an embarrassment.
