Dark elf's racial flame damage?

Hi i was just wondering if the Dark elves racial passive "destructive ancestry" counts if i use a dagger or axe that has flame damage on them.

I am a level 18 Dark elf Nightblade :-)

yes it does, and if you like that boost, then try red mountain set that increases it even more.
infact there are several sets that will make it overpowered and have been being used in pvp with maxed out cp makes it Really overpowered. and to go even higher damage try making a dragonight, dark elf, with maxed out fire damage sets and watch people die in 2 hits.
i think it should not be able to do this especially to us vampires but, it is what it is.
