ESO Plus Subscription without purchasing the game question

Hello,

I'm new and have a couple of rather silly questions. I've just purchased the monthly subscription without purchasing the game and my Account Status still says "Active - Trial". Do I need to purchase the game too? Also, I noticed that when I go to the store page to pre-purchase Morrwind Digital Collector's Edition or just the Digital Edition, I see this message "You DO Not Qualify for this Product". Is this because I did not purchase the game?

Please advise as to what I should do.

Also if you want to play immediately DON'T buy the Morrowind edition or you won't be able to play till it's released. Why it's like that who knows.

If you want the Morrowind expansion and to play game right now, buy a base game deal thingy then buy the Morrowind upgrade.

Funny thing is I just tried to purchase the digital version of the game and it still says the same thing, "You DO Not Qualify for this Product". I cant purchase any of the digital download stuff except the Morrowind Digital Collectors Edition.

Should I be worried that I will not be able to log in after this trial expires on the 18th?

I did submit a ticket in game last night, but i did not hear back just yet.

Go here and get the Gold Edition or the Digital Edition, then buy an upgrade for Morrowind if you're wanting it.

If you actually can't get one of those, then your account is somehow still bugged from beta or some earlier attempt to play this game without buying it (like a free play weekend or something), and you'll def need to get CS to fix it at their end.
