Text Chat Bug

Im on console (Xbox NA) and recently there has been an issue with text chat to where you go and pop the keyboard up to type but the keyboard doesn't pop up. Ive tried a couple things to fix it and the only thing that has worked other than restarting the game is you have to die and respawn at a wayshrine then the keyboard will pop up.
