Need help with stamblade duel wield ability bar

I am lvl 47 stamblade and i cant seem to get a good skill bar that does good damage. what are the best abilities for bow and duel wield?

both really. btw am cp 25 now if that changes anything

You have to hit 160cp before you can even start getting gear.
