✭✭AoE ultimates like Meteor/Dawnbreaker have their stun counterpart affecting 6 random targets.
So if you cast it on 7 adds, only 6 of them will be stunned.
It's standard for every ability that has a cc. Talons, Dragon Leap, Negate, etc.0
